NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

Under Rule 10 (a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri B.D.V Prasada

Murthy, Deputy Director, Welfare of Differently Abled, Transgender & Senior Citizens,

presently working as Joint Director O/o the Director, Juvenile Welfare Correctional Services

and Welfare of Street Children, A.P., Vijayawada is temporarily promoted on adhoc basis as

Director, Welfare of Differently Abled Transgender & Senior Citizens, in the scale of

pay of Rs. 56870-1460-58330-1560-63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-

84970-2160-91450-2330-100770-2520-105810 (25) for the Panel Year, 2020-21

as per approved panel vide G.O.6^th read above.

Accordingly, the following posting is ordered with immediate effect :-

on promotion, Sri B.D.V. Prasada Murthy, Deputy Director, Welfare of Differently

Abled, Transgender & Senior Citizens presently working as Joint Director, O/o the Director,

Juvenile Welfare Correctional Services and Welfare of Street Children, A.P., Vijayawada,

is posted as Executive Director, Andhra Pradesh Women’s Cooperative Finance Corporation

Ltd., A.P., Guntur on deputation basis in terms of orders issued vide G.O’s 7^th read above

under Foreign Service terms duly relieving Smt. R.Sreelatha, Joint Director ( Administration)

of Women Development and Child Welfare, Guntur from holding the Full Additional

Charge to the post of Executive Director, Andhra Pradesh Women’s Cooperative

Finance Corporation Ltd., A.P., Guntur, with immediate effect.

The promotion ordered in Para-2 above is liable to be terminated at any point of

time without assigning any reason thereof and shall be without prejudice to the outcome

of OAs /WPs / WAs / RPs / CAs / S.L.Ps etc., if any, pending before the Hon’ble Tribunal /

Courts etc.

4.

The officer promoted in Para-2 above shall join the new post within a period of

fifteen days, from the date of receipt of this order of promotion, and if he fails to join the

new post within the said time limit or avoids to join the post by proceeding on leave or

for any other reasons, he shall forfeit his right of appointment for the present panel for

the post of Director, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.145, General Administration (Ser-B) Dept.,

Dated: 15-06-2014.

5.

The Managing Director(FAC), Andhra Pradesh Women’s Cooperative Finance

Corporation Ltd., A.P., Guntur, shall take necessary action accordingly.
