NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 83 of the

Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act No. 43 of 1995), the Government of Andhra Pradesh

hereby set up the Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Tribunal at Kurnool having jurisdiction

over the State of Andhra Pradesh.
