ORDER:-

Under rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996,

Sri R. Aravind, Joint Secretary to Government (Non cadre), Law Department, whose

name is included in the panel of 2021- 2022 in the G.O. 2^nd read above, is temporarily

promoted as Additional Secretary to Government (Non Cadre), Law Department

with immediate effect in the scale of pay of Rs.87130-2160-91450-2330-100770-2520-

110850/- with other usual allowances in the existing vacancy due to retirement of

Sri V.V.Durga Prasad Raju, Additional Secretary to Government (Non-cadre) from the

service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.07.2021.

The appointment made in para (1) above shall be subject to the outcome of

WPs / WAs / OAs / CAs. etc., pending, if any, before the High Court / APAT.
