NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (x) of Rule 9 read with clause (i) of

Rule 25 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal)

Rules, 1991 and G.O.Ms.No.2, General Administration (Service-C) Department,

Dated: 04-01-1999, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby dismiss Sri Shaik

Mahaboob Basha, Village Revenue Officer, O/o the Tahsildar, Duvvur Mandal, YSR Kadapa

District from Government service, with immediate effect, in view of the conviction of the

Accused Officer vide Judgment on 22.10.2021 in C.C.No.06/2018 by the Special Judge

for Trial of SPE & ACB Cases, Kurnool.
