NOTIFICATION

Under Rule 43(1) of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980, Government

hereby permit Dr. M.Manjulamma, Civil Surgeon Specialist (Ophthalmology), NPCB

Unit, GGH, Nellore District to retire from Government service voluntarily with effect

from 31.12.2021 A.N, subject to recovery of Government dues, if any, from her gratuity

and other terminal benefits; and without prejudice to take further action on the

disciplinary cases and judicial cases, if any, that may arise against him, in future.

The Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Mangalagiri / Director of

Public Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada shall take necessary action

in the matter accordingly.
