O R D E R:

In the G.O.1st read above, Finance dept., vide G.O.Rt.No.1767, Finance (FMU-

I&I, Energy, I&C ) dept., dt.28.07.2021 have issued Budget Release Order for an

amount of Rs.1392,94,00,000/- (Rupees one thousand three hundred ninety two

crores and ninety four lakhs only) as additional funds to Energy dept., in relaxation

of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by

obtaining supplementary grant at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2021-22

towards payment of Principal/Interest on Loans taken by APDISCOMS to APPFCL

under HoA: 2801-80-800-00-06-310-312 i.e., Assistance to APDISCOMs.

In the reference 2nd read above, the Chairman, APPCC has requested the

Government to provide necessary grant-in-aid to arrange payment of an amount of

Rs.159,32,10,807/- towards principal installment and interest amount to be paid to

A.P. Power Finance Corporation Ltd., which is due on 31.12.2021 for the month of

December, 2021 from the HoA of 2801-80-800-06-310-312 (Assistance to

APDISCOMs).

After careful examination, Government hereby accord Administrative

sanction for an amount of Rs.159,32,10,807/- (Rupees one hundred fifty nine

crores thirty two lakhs ten thousand eight hundred and seven only) to APPCC

towards 1st installment of principal of Rs.69,60,50,000/- and interest of

Rs.89,71,60,807/- to be paid to A.P. Power Finance Corporation Ltd., for the month
