NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (8) of

Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act

No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,

Dated: 6-12-2000, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby

withdraw the services of Sri S.S.N.Raju as Special Public Prosecutor,

CID from attending the Yeleru Scam Cases at Visakhapatnam,

as per the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,

Dated: 6-12-2000.
