NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (8) of Section 24 of the

code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) to conduct prosecutions

of Anti-Corruption Bureau cases and cases in which Charge Sheets filed by Crime

Investigation Department in the Courts of Special Judges for Anti-Corruption Bureau

in the State, Government, hereby designate the Prosecuting Officers appointed in

the Anti-Corruption Bureau Courts for conducting trial of offences under the said

Act, 1974 as Special Public Prosecutors to conduct prosecutions in the Special Courts.
