ORDERS :-

Whereas in the reference 1^st read above the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative

Societies, Ongole ordered for wound-up the affairs of The Tanguturu Lift Irrigation

Co-operative Society Ltd., J.No.331, Tanguturu, Prakasam District Under Section 64(1)

of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act 1964 and appointed

Sri B.Nageswara Rao, Senior Inspector O/o the Sub-Divisional Co-operative officer,

Ongole as liquidator. The liquidator reported that he initiated the action to secure the

records of the society and to ascertain the Whereabouts of the office bearers as well as

members of the society and his efforts are proved in vain.

NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,

And whereas the liquidator has reported that he issued notification calling

claims regarding Assets & Liabilities of the society as per Sec 66 Rule 51(B) of the

APCS Act 1964 on 25.03.2019, 26.04.2019 and 30.01.2021 to him and the members

of the society were not present and raised claims .The liquidator has reported that no

members is interested to run the society. Hence, it as decided to cancel the Registration of

the society and recommended for finial closure of the society. Further he submitted that a

letter was addressed to the District Co-operative Audit officer, Ongole for a copy of final

Audit report of the society. But the District Co-operative Audit officer, Ongole vide his letter

Rc. No.488/2020/B Dt: 07.07.2021 and the branch manager, The Prakasam District

Co-op. central Bank Ltd., Tanguturu vide his Letter Dated:27/1/2021 has informed that

as per the records available in his office could found no particulars pertaing to The Tanguturu

Lift Irrigation Co-operative Society Ltd., Tanguturu.

Whereas the liquidator of the The Tanguturu Lift Irrigation Co-operative Society

Ltd., Tanguturu,J.No.331 Prakasam District has submitted proposals in the reference

2^nd cited for finial closure of the society and duly considering the report of the liquidator

of the said society and in exercise of the powers delegated to the under signed under

Sec.68 of Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act 1964,it is here by ordered for

finial Closure of the affairs and cancellation of The Tanguturu Lift Irrigation Co-operative

Society Ltd., Tanguturu,J.No.331, Prakasam District and the said the society shall

cease to exist as corporate body from the date of order.
