ORDER:-
Whereas in the reference 1st cited, the Assistant Registrar, O/o the Sub
Divisional Coop. Officer, Adoni was appointed as Inspecting Officer U/s 52 of the
Andhra Pradesh Coop. Societies Act, 1964 to conduct inspection into the affairs of
Banavasi Harijan Stone Quarry Workers Labour Contract Coop. Society Ltd
Y.Y.No.179, Banavasi.

NOTIFICATIONS BY HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS Etc.,
Whereas in the reference 2nd cited the Inspecting Officer submitted the
Inspection report U/s-52 of the Andhra Pradesh Coop. Societies Act, 1964. The
Inspecting Officer has submitted that the Ex-Management of the society is not doing
any business and have no interest to continue the business activities of the society.
Further, she has verified the records of the society and found that no transactions
were recorded since long time and Managing Committee members are not interested
in affairs of the society and there are no possibilities to revive the society and
recommended for winding up the affairs of Banavasi Harijana Stone Quarry Workers
LCCS Ltd., Y.Y.No.179, Banavasi.
Whereas in the reference 3rd cited the District Cooperative Officer, Kurnool
has requested to take necessary action as per the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative
Societies, Act and Rules for winding up the affairs of the Banavasi Harijan Stone
Quarry Workers Labour Contract Coop. Society Ltd Y.Y.No.179, Banavasi.
In view of the circumstances stated above by virtue of the powers delegated to
Deputy Registrar of the Coop. Societies under section 65 of the Andhra Pradesh
Coop. Societies Act, 1964. I the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Adoni
here by appointed the Junior Inspector, O/o the Sub Divisional Coop. Officer, Adoni
as Liquidator to the Banavasi Harijan Stone Quarry Workers Labour Contract Coop.
Society Ltd., Y.Y.No.179, Banavasi.
The appointed liquidator is requested to complete the liquidation process and
submit the final closure report and report compliance to the under signed.
