DATE ON WHICH THE CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT OF COLLEGES,

POLYTECHNICS AND INSTITUTIONS SPECIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE OF

THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020 SHALL

STAND TRANSFERRED TO ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY

FROM SRI VENKATESWARA VETERINARY UNIVERSITY UNDER THE

PROVISIONS OF THE SAID ACT.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 54 of

the Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University Act, 2020, the Government hereby notifies

the 01^st Day of January, 2022 as the date on which the control and management of

Colleges, Polytechnics and Institutions specified in Schedule of the said Act shall stand

transferred to Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University from Sri Venkateswara Veterinary

University subject to continue payment of salaries and other expenditure by

Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University till separate budget is allocated to Andhra

Pradesh Fisheries University.
