NOTIFICATION

Under Rule 43(1) of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980, Government

hereby permit Dr. G. Jayasree, Joint Director (MHN), O/o CH&FW, A.P., Mangalagiri,

Guntur to retire from Government service voluntarily with effect from 31.12.2021 A.N,

subject to recovery of Government dues, if any, from her gratuity and other terminal

benefits; and without prejudice to take further action on the disciplinary cases and

judicial cases, if any, that may arise against her, in future.

The Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Mangalagiri / Director of

Public Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada shall take necessary action in

the matter accordingly.
