The Deputy Executive Engineers and Non Technical Personnel Assistants of
Water Resources Department whose names are indicated in the ANNEXURE A & B
to this order will retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation on the
dates noted against their names during the calendar year 2022 without prejudice
to the disciplinary cases / enquiries, if any, pending against them and also subject to the
condition that disciplinary proceedings shall continue against them under Article - 351
of A.P. Pension Code Rule-9 (2) (a) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 even
after their retirement.
