In exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (2) & (3) of Section (10) of

Andhra Pradesh Public Libraries Act, 1960, (Act VIII of I960), the Government of

Andhra Pradesh hereby nominate the following individuals, as Chairmen /

Chairpersons of Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas, in the districts mentioned against

their names, as indicated below :-

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

The Chairman/Chairpersons nominated above shall hold office during the

pleasure of the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, subject to any further orders to be

issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, under sub-section (1) of Section 11

of the Andhra Pradesh Public Libraries Act, 1960 (as amended by Andhra

Pradesh Act, 16/1990).

The above nominations are subject to outcome of final orders in WA

No. 461 of 2021 pending with the Hon’bte High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
