ORDER:

ln the G.O. lst read above, Government have notified the Direct Benefit

Transfer ^(DBT)Scheme to farmers for providing free Agriculture Power in the

State from the FY 2O2l-22.

ln the G.O. 2nd read above, Government have selected Srikakulam district

as Pilot District for implementation and transfer of monthly DBT amounts starting

from September, 2020.

ln the reference 3rd read above, the Chairman & Managing Director, A.P.

Eastern Power Distribution Company Ltd., has requested to release the payment

of Rs.1,85,88,2241- for implementation of "YSR Uchita Vyavasaya Vidyut

Pathakam" to Agricultural Services under DBT Scheme in respect of Srikakulam

district for the month of December, 2O2I under Agricultural Subsidy under

relevant Head of Account for the current Financial Year 2O2L-22.

After careful examination, Government hereby accord Administrative

Sanction for an amount of Rs.1,85,88,2241- (Rupees one crore eighty five lakhs

eighty eight thousand two hundred and twenty four only) for the month of

December,2O2l to meet the expenditure from the following Head of Account

towards implementation of "YSR Uchita Vyavasaya Vidyut Pathakam" to

Agricultural Services under DBT in respect of Srikakulam district under jurisdiction

of the APEPDCL for the current financial year 2027-22 in relaxation of quarterly

regulations:-
