RESOURCE MOBILISATION – Government Guarantee – Andhra Pradesh
State FiberNet Limited, Vijayawada – Availing of Rs.181.47 Crs (One
hundred and eighty one crores and forty seven lakhs only) from
Banks/Financial Institutions – Orders – Issued.

2. From the Managing Director, A.P. State FiberNet Limited,
Vijayawada, letter No. BBNL/2021-22/08/01, dt:13-08-2021.

ORDER:
In the reference 2nd read above, the Managing Director, Andhra
Pradesh State FiberNet Limited has requested the sanction/approvals on
the following on the grounds stated therein:
1. To revalidate the existing GO M.S.No.27 E, I&I (Airports) Dept.,
dated:10.09.2018
for
providing
Government
guarantee
to
A.P.FiberNet for an amount of Rs. 3,283 crores for availing loan
from the Banks/Financial Institutions.
2. To permit the APSFL, to avail the term loan/ corporate loan for an
amount of INR 181.47 cr from any banks/financial Institutions for
providing connectivity to 3,846 GPs in the state.
3. To exempt the condition of payment of Guarantee Commission of
2% on the guaranteed amount to the State Govt. for investment in
guarantee redemption fund.
4. Provide the necessary Margin money for the above said loan from
APTRANSCO, i.e., the holding company of APSFL.
2. Government after careful examination hereby accord permission
for providing Government guarantee to Andhra Pradesh State FiberNet
Limited, Vijayawada for availing the term loan/Corporate loan for an
amount of Rs.181.47 crores from Banks/Financial Institutions.

3. The Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State FiberNet Limited,
Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department
vide their U.O. No. BUGT0MISC/36/2021(Computer No. 1588801),
dated:20-01-2022.
