SESSIONS JUDGE, RAJAMAHENDRAVARAM.

NOTIFICATION

Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973

(Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,

dated:06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri. Kodi Satish

Naidu, Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of Principal

Assistant Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, for a period of three (3) years

from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of her service, whichever is

earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty

five thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts. A)

Department, Dated:26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor

shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.

No.187, Law (L) Department, dated: 06.12.2000.
