O R D E R:

In the reference read above, the Government have imposed night

curfew from 11.00 PM to 5.00 AM w.e.f 18.01.2022 to 31.01.2022 along with

certain other instructions / directions for implementation in the State to

contain the spread of COVID-19.

After a thorough review of the Covid-19 situation, the Government

hereby extend the night curfew beyond 31.01.2022 for a further period of

two weeks i.e., till 14.02.2022 from 11.00 PM to 05.00 AM in the State along

with all the instructions / directions as issued in the G.O. read above.

Any violation of the aforesaid instructions shall result in prosecution

under Sections 51 to 60 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 188

of IPC as well as other applicable Laws.

4. The Collectors & District Magistrates, Commissioners of Police and

Superintendents of Police shall enforce these orders in the State

scrupulously.
