ORDER:

ln the reference 1st read above Government have accorded Administrative Sanction for

an amount of Rs.1.00 Crore for construction of office building for the newly created Revenue

Division at Gurajala, Guntur District.

ln the reference 2nd read above Governmenl have accorded revised administrative

sanction for an amount of Rs.2.00 crore ^(RupeesTwo Crores only) for construction of oflice

building for the newly created Revenue Division at Gurajala, Guntur District.

In the reference 3rd read above, the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of

Land Administration, A.P has requested the Government for administrative sanction of

additional budget for Rs 68.00 lakhs towards construction of Revenue Divisaonal Office,

Gurazala building as per estimates submitted by the District Engineering Officer (R&B),

Palnadu for onward payment to the Contracting agency M/s Srinivasa Construclions in terms of

the interim orders of the Honb'le High Court in WP No.16099/2020, Dt.03.08.2022, as the

Government have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.2.00 crore for

construclion of office building Revenue Division at Gurajala, Guntur District.

Government, after careful examinalion, hereby accord, revised administrative sanction

for Rs 268.00 (200.00 lakhs ⁺68.00 lakhs additional works) as against 200.00 lakhs towards

construction of Revenue Divisional Office, Gurazala building in Guntur District.

The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P and the

District Collector, Guntur shall take further necessary action accordingly.

This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-Works) Department, vide their

U.O.No.1 843775 FlN01 -FMUoPC(REV|7 12022-FMU-WORKS, dated:zg.1 1.2022.
