NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

ORDER:

The Commissioner and Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P., Guntur

has requested the Government to re-validate the orders issued in the

reference second read above regarding sanction of compensation of

Rs.1,45,56,739.00 for the loss caused by sale of Onions on subsidized price

through Rythu Bazars across the State during 2020, for the reasons

explained in his letter fifth read above.

2. Government after careful examination hereby permit the Commissioner

and Director of Agriculture to draw the sanctioned amount of Rs.1,45,56,739

from the budget provision of Price Stabilization Fund, 2022-23.

3. The Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P., Guntur

shall take further necessary action in the matter.
