In the reference 1^st read above, the Director General, State Disaster

Response and Fire Services, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada has submitted proposal

to Government for convening Departmental Promotion Committee for inclusion of

the names of the officers in the panel of Regional Fire Officers fit for promotion to

the category of Additional Director of Fire Services for the panel year 2022-23 and

the same was examined and placed before the Departmental Promotion

Committee.

2. In the reference 2^nd read above, the Departmental Promotion Committee

which met on 17.11.2022, after going through ACRS, relevant records and other

material papers of the Regional Fire Officers in the seniority list and after making

an overall assessment of their service records and work done, has recommended

that the following names of Regional Fire Officers be included in the panel of

Regional Fire Officers fit for temporary promotion to the post of Additional Director

of Fire Services, for the panel year 2022-23.

3. Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accept the

recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee and accordingly

Officers fit for temporary promotion to the category of Additional Director of Fire

Services, for the panel year 2022-23.

Pradesh, Vijayawada, is requested to take further necessary follow up action

accordingly in the matter. The ACRs of the officers received in the letter 1^st read

above, are returned herewith.
