In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act,

1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints

Sri G. Gopi, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam in Full Additional

Charge to the post of Chairman-cum-Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour

Court, Visakhapatnam with effect from 14.11.2022 After Noon till further orders.
