ORDER:

ln the circumstances reported in the reference read above, Government after careful

examination, hereby order that the waiting period from 01 .08.2022 to 03.08.2022 (3) days shall

be treated as compulsory wait under F.R.9 (6) (b) in respect of Sri V.Madan Mohan Rao, Deputy

Collector, formerly Administrative Officer O/o the Collector, Guntur District now working as

Asst. Secretary in the O/o CCLA, AP.

2. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh/The

District Collector, Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly in the matter.

3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per

instructions issued in Circular Memo No.3021/13612017 Finance (HR.IV-FR)

Department, dated 22.06.2017 .
