O R D E R:

In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 2^nd read

above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord

administrative sanction to the Commissioner & Inspector General, Registration &

Stamps, A.P., Vijayawada for an amount of Rs.24,43,09,000/- (Rupees Twenty

Four Crore Forty Three lakh Nine thousand only) as additional Fund in relaxation

of Treasury control and quarterly regulation orders, pending provision of funds

by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the current

Financial Year 2022-23 towards clearing the pending bills and also the

anticipated RRT, electricity, water & HPV expenditure of Stamps & Registration

Department, under the Head of Account as mentioned in the Budget Release

Order.
