ln the reference 1st read above, Kum Vennam Jyothi Surekha, ^{Archer, Arjuna}^Awardee

has won 3 Medals in World Championship and requested for Group-l ^jobin Government ^of

Andhra Pradesh under sports category. ln the CMP ^No.956/Addl.^Secy/20'19^dated.31^.12.209,^it

was informed that the Hon'ble Chief Minister has directed that to allot Group-l ^jobⁱⁿ

Government of Andhra Pradesh under sports category.

ln the reference 2nd read above, the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Sports

Authority of Andhra Pradesh, SAAP has submitted the ^proposalsfor cash ^incentive,Group-l Job

and House site.

ln the reference 4th read above, Government have amended the following clause under

Section 4 of A.P. Act No.2 of 1994 of Andhra Pradesh (Regulation of Appointment to Public

Services and rationalization of Staff Pattern and Pay Structure) Act, 1994 and the same is

detailed below:

"(g) to any appointment to be made in compliance with the decision of Council of

Ministers vide resolution CR No.60/2022, dated the 7lh March 2022."

ln the reference 6th read above, the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has

accorded concurrence with the proposal of the Government to appoint Kum.Vennam Jyolhi

Surekha, Archer as Deputy Collector under Sports category against Direct Recruitment Quota.

The Government have examined the request of Kum.Vennam Jyothi Surekha,

Archer, Ar.luna Awardee and also won 3 Medals in World Championship and decided to appoint

her to the post of Deputy Collector in the category-ll of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services

(Executive Branch) Rules, 1 992 under Group-l services under the rovisions of the Act No.18 of

2022 Dated.28.1O.2O22 under the Sports category against Direct Recruitment Quota and that

such post (vacancy) shall be deleted from the future vacancies arising for Direct Recruitment

u nder Group-l Services.

6. The appointment ordered in para (5) above, is subject to the following conditions.-

(a)She should join duty within 30 days taking the date of dispatch (by Registered Post)

of the appointment order as the crucial date for reckoning the time limit. lf he does not

loin ^the^post^{within the stipulated}^period^{of (30)}^days,^the^officer^{for appointment}^shall

be treated as automatically cancelled.

(b)She shall be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous

period of three years as mentioned in Rule 8 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services

(Executive Branch) Rules,1992.

(c)She shall undergo training as per the programme prescribed by the Government from

time to time.

ORDER:

(ii) she discontinues the training or discharges from training course for misconduct

or any other reasons; or

(iii) she secures any other employment elsewhere other than under the State

Government.

(f)The period of training shall count for the purpose of Probation, lncrements, Leave,

Pension etc;

(g)That she shall be eligible during the period of training for the initial pay of the post with

usual allowances as admissible at the place of training.

(h) She shall pass the tests prescribed in Rule 10 of A.P. Civil Services (Executive

Branch) Rules, 1992 within the period of her probation.

Kum.Vennam Jyothi Surekha, Archer, Arjuna Awardee is requested to report before the

Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, along with related certificates and

documents.

The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, is requested to allot

the district after verifying the original documents in respect of Academic qualification, age etc.,

for training programme prescribed by the Government except to her native District. The Chief

Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, shall issue training programme and

monrtor the training of the officer.

The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, is also requested to

submit the proposals for fixation of her inter-se-seniority vis-d-vis the

promotees in due course.

10. Orders for creation of supernumerary post of Deputy Collector to draw the pay and

allowances by the Probationary Deputy Collector during the period of training will be issued

separately.

11. The following notification shall be published in the next issue of Andhra Pradesh

Gazette.

Andhra Pradesh Civil Services ^(ExecutiveBranch) under Rule 10 ^(a)of Andhra Pradesh

State and Subordinate Service Rules under the ^provisionsof the Act No.18 of 2022 and

she shall undergo training as ^prescribed.
