ORDER:

ln the letter 2nd read above, the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner

of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh has submitted that the District Collector,

Tirupati district has forwarded the proposals for allotment of land to an extent of Ac.2-

00 cts in Sy. No.219-15,219-16 in Kurukalva Village, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati

District in favour of YSR Congress Party for construction of party office buildings on

lease basis for a period of 33 years on payment of @Rs.1,000/- per acre per annum in

terms of G.O.Ms.No.340 Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.21-07-2016, subject to certain

conditions

The CCLA has submitted that the proposal was recommended by the APLMA in

the meeting held on 09.12.2022. Earlier the Government vide G.O. Ms. No.367, REV

(Lands.l) Dept., Dt:18.05.2022 have issued orders for allotment of land to-a'total

extent of Ac.2-00 Cents i.e an extent of Ac.1-11 Cents in Sy. No.9512, Ac.0-15 Cents in

Sy. No.96/1 & Ac.0-74 Cents in Sy. No.97/1 in Chandragiri Village & Mandal, Tirupati

District in favour of YSR Congress Party for Construction of party office buildings on

lease basis for a period of 33 years on Payment of @Rs.1000/- per acre per annum in

terms of G.O.Ms.No.340 Rev(Assn.l) Dept Dt:21.07.2016, subject to certain condititins.

Government after carefu! examination hereby order for allotment of land, to an

extent of Ac.2-00 cts in Sy. No.219-15, 219-16 in Kurukalva Village, Renigunta Mandal,

Tirupati District in favour of YSR Congress Party for construction of party: gffice

buildings on lease basis for a period of 33 years on payment of @Rs.1,000/- perr?cre

per annum in terms of G.O.Ms.No.340 Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.21-0712016,

subject to fulfillment of all necessary documents as per norms by the Collectorlafter

issue of orders allotting the !and, and subject to the conditions mentiohed in

G.O.Ms.No.340, Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.21-07-2016 in addition ^ltothe

conditions under BSO-24 and G.O.Ms.No.571 Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.'14-09-

2012 duly canceling GO Ms No.367, REV (Lands.l) Dept., Dt:18.05.2022 and also with

thefollowingconditions,subjecttoconsentofAPltC

i) ln case of any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas like water bgdies

exist, they should not be disturbed under any circumstances.

ii) The water bodies, if any, existing in the land shall not be disturbed and shall be

allowed to continue their natural course.

iii) The existing roads/ rastas shalt not be disturbed or otherwise altbrrtative

arrangements Jhall be made.
