ORDER:

ln the letter 2nd read above, the Specia! Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner

of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh has submitted that the District Collector, YSR

district has fonrarded the proposals for allotment of land to an extent of Ac.2-00 cts in

Sy. No.42413 in Kadapa Village and Mandal, YSR District in favour of YSR Congress

Party for construction of party office buildings on lease basis for a period of 33 years

on payment of @Rs.1,000/- per acre per annum in terms of G.O.Ms.No.340 Revenue

(Assn.l) Department dt.21-07-2016, subject to certain conditions.

The CCLA has submitted that the proposal was recommended by the APLMA in

the meeting held on 09.12.2022. Earlier the Government vide G.O. Ms. No.370, REV

(Lands.l) Dept., Dt:18.05.2022 have issued orders for allotment of land to a total

extent of Ac.0-66 Cents i.e an extent of Ac.0.19 Cents in Sy.No.36/2C and Ac.0.47

Cents in Sy. No.37l3 at Akkayapalli Village, Kadapa Mandal, YSR District in favour of

YSR Congress Party for Construction of party office buildings on lease basis for a

period of 33 years on Payment of @Rs.1000/- per acre per annum in terms of

G.O.Ms.No.340 Rev(Assn.l) Dept Dt:21.07 .2016, subject to certain conditions.

Government after careful examination hereby order for allotment of land to an

extent of Ac.2-00 cts in Sy. No.42413 in Kadapa Village and Mandal, YSR District in

favour of YSR Congress Party for construction of party office buildings on lease basis

for a period of 33 years on payment of @Rs.1,000/- per acre per annum in te,rms of

G.O.Ms.No.340 Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.21-07-2016, subject to fulfillment of all

necessary documents as per norms by the Collector after issue of orders allotting the

land, and subject to the conditions mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.340, Revenue (Aisn.l)

Department dt.21-07-2016 in addition to the conditions under BSO-24 anO

G,O.Ms.No.571 Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.14-09-2012 duly cancelling G.O. Ms.

No.367, REV (Lands.l) Dept., Dt:18.05.2022 and also with the following.conditions,

subject to consent of MA&UD Department.

i) In case of any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas like water bodies

exrst, they should not be disturbed under any circumstances.

ii) The water bodies, if any, existing in the land shall not be disturbed and shall be

allowed to continue their natural course.

iii) The existing roads/ rastas shall not be disturbed or otherwise atternative

arrangements shall be made.
