ORDER:

ln the letter 2nd read above, the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner

of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh has submitted that the District Collector,

Anakapalli district has fonruarded the proposals for allotment of Iand to an extent of

Ac.1-75 cts in Sy. No.75l3 in Rajupalem Village, Anakapalli Mandal and District in

favour of YSR Congress Party for construction of party office buildings on lease basis

for a period of 33 years on payment of @Rs.1,000/- per acre per annum in terms of

G.O.Ms.No.340 Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.21-07-2016, subject to certain

conditions.

The CCLA has submitted that the ^proposalwas recommended by the APLMA in

the meeting held on 09.12.2022. Earlier the Government vide G.O. Ms. No.353, REV

(Lands.!) Dept., Dt:18.05.2022 have issued orders for allotment of land to an extent of

Ac.1-00 Cents in Sy,No.28l2(Cawed out from 28) at Sankaram Village, Anakapalli

Mandal, Anakapalli district in favour of YSR Congress Party for Construction of ^party

office buildings on lease basis for a period of 33 years on Payment of @Rs.1000/- ^per

acre per annum in terms of G.O.Ms.No.340 Rev(Assn.l) Dept Dt:21.07.2016, subject to

certain conditions.

Government after careful examination hereby order for allotment of land to an

extent of Ac.1-75 cts in Sy. No.75l3 in Rajupalem Village, Anakapalli Mandal and

District in favour of YSR Congress Party for construction of party office buildings on

lease basis for a period of 33 years on payment of @Rs.1,000/- per acre per annum in

terms of G.O.Ms.No.340 Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.21-07-2016, subject to

fulfillment of all necessary documents as per norms by the Collector after issue of

orders allotting the land, and subject to the conditions mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.340,

Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.21-07-2016 in addition to the conditions under BSO-

24 and G.O.Ms.No.571 Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.14-09-2012 duly canceling GO

Ms No.353, REV (Lands.l) Dept., Dt:18.05.2022 and also with the following conditions.

i) ln case of any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas like water bodies

exist, they should not be disturbed under any circumstances.

ii) The water bodies, if any, existing in the land shall not be disturbed and shall be

allowed to continue their natural course.

iii) The existing roads/ rastas shall not be disturbed or othenruise alternative

arrangements shall be made.
