ORDER:

ln the letter 2nd read above, the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commiisioner

of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh has submitted that the District Collector, ^Dr.

B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District has forwarded the proposals for allotment of land

to an extent of Ac.1-00 cts in R.S No.48/2 in Janupalli Village, Amalapuram Mandal, Dr.

B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District in favour of YSR Congress Party for construction of

party office buildings on lease basis for a period of 33 years on payment of @Rs.1,000/-

per acre per annum in terms of G.O.Ms.No.340 Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.21-07-

2016, subject to certain conditions

The CCLA has submitted that the proposal was recommended by the APLMA in

the meeting held on 09.12.2022. Earlier the Government vide G.O. Ms. No.356, REV

(Lands.l) Dept., Dt:18.05.2022 have issued orders for allotment of land to an e>gtent of

Ac.0.23 Cents in Sy.No.15812 at Samanasa Village, Amalapuram Mandal,

Konaseema district in favour of YSR Congress Party for Construction of party office

buildings on lease basis for a period of 33 years on Payment of @Rs.1000/- per acre

per annum in terms of G.O.Ms.No.340 Rev(Assn.!) Dept Dt:21.07.2016, subject to

certain conditions.

Government after carefu! examination hereby order for allotment of land to an

extent of Ac.1-00 cts in R.S No.48/2 in Janupalli Village, Amalapuram Mandal, Dr. B.R.

Ambedkar Konaseema District in favour of YSR Congress Party for construction of

party office buildings on Iease basis for a period of 33 years on payment of @Rs.1,000/-

per acre per annum in terms of G.O.Ms.No.340 Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.21-07-

2016, subject to fulfillment of all necessary documents as per norms by the Collector

after issue of orders allotting the land, and subject to the conditions mentioned in

G.O.Ms.No.340, Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.21-07-2016 in addition to the

conditions under BSO-24 and G.O.Ms.No.571 Revenue (Assn.l) Department dt.l4-09-

2012 duly canceling GO Ms No.356, REV (Lands.l) Dept., Dt:18.05.2022 and alsio with

the following conditions.

i) ln case of any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas like water bodies

exist, they should not be disturbed under any circumstances.

ii) The witer bodies, if any, existing in the land shalt not be disturbed and s'hall be

allowed to continue their natural course.

iii) The existing roads/ rastas shall not be disturbed or otherwise alteirnative

arrangements shal! be made.
