NOTIFICATION

“In exercise of the powers conferred under Section (2) of the Kazis Act,1880

(Central Act XII of 1880), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the

Principal Mohammadan residents of local area, hereby extend the tenure of Sri Hafiz

Moulvi Nayab Mohammed Ameenulla Shareef, S/o Nayab Mohammed Hidayathullah,

Nayab Street, Rayachoty Mandal in the areas of Nayab Sab Street, Gandhi Bazaar,

Budden Sab Street, Kothapeta, Ahammed Nagar, Patha Rayachoty, Masapeta

Village, Bandlapenta of Rayachoty Mandal, Annamayya District for further period

w.e.f. 15.10.2022 to 14.10.2025 for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only”.

The Collector and District Magistrate, Annamayya / the Chief Executive Officer,

A.P. State Waqf Board, Vijayawada, shall take necessary action accordingly.
