ORDER:

ln the G.O. 1"t read above, Government accorded permission to the District

Collector, Visakhapatnam to hand over advance possession of the land to an extent of

Ac.50-00 Cents in Sy. No.105 (Carved out from Sy. No.73) Kothavalasa(V)

Bheemunipatnam Mandal to the Metropolitan Commissioner, Visakhapatnam

Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA), Visakhapatnam by obtaining an

undertaking from the grantee that they should abide by all the conditions which will be

imposed in the orders of allotment, pending regular alienation proposals in terms of

G.O.571, Revenue (Ass.l) Dt. 14-09-2012.

ln the letter read above, the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of

Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh has submitted that the District Collector,

Visakhapatnam district has forwarded the proposal for alienation of Government land.to

an extent of Ac.50-00 cts in Sy. No.105, Kothavalasa (V), Bheemunipatnam Mandal,

Visakhapatnam District in favour of M.A & U.D. Department for comprehensive

development of land by VMRDA on free of cost in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 Revenue

(Assn. l) Department dt.1 4-09-2012

The CCLA has submitted that the proposal was placed before the APLMA in the

meeting held on 04.07.2022 and the APLMA has recommended for transfer of

proposed land in favour of MA & UD Department for comprehensive development of

land by VMRDA, free of cost, in Kothavalasa Village, Bheemunipatnam Mandal,

Visakhapatnam District as per 3(b) (vii) of G.O.Ms.No.571, subject to certain conditions.

Government after careful examination hereby order for allotment of land to an

extent of Ac.50-00 cts in Sy. No.105, Kothavalasa (V), Bheemunipatnam Mandal,

Visakhapatnam Dishict in favour of M.A & U.D. Department for compreircnsive

development of land by VMRDA on free of cost in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 Revenue

(Assn.l) Department dt.14-09-2012 in addition to the following conditions under BSO-24

and G. O. Ms. No.57 1 Revenue (Assn. l) Department dt. 1 4-09-20 1 2.

(a)The land should not be alienated, leased or transferred in any other manner

by the allottee to any other organization or entity or department wrthout explicit

prior approval of the Government in Revenue Department and it should only be

utilized for the purpose intended.

(b)ln case, if any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas exist, they should

not be disturbed under any circumstanceS.

(c)The land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is allotted within three

years of the orders of alienation.

(f)The existing roads/ rastas shall not be disturbed

The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,

Andhra Pradesh and the District Collector, Visakhapatnam District shall take further

necessary action accordingly in the matter.
