ORDER,

ln the reference read above, the Chief Commissioner for Land Administration,

Andhra Pradesh, while sending the representation along with the service register of

the individual has stated that Smt. N.Seetha Mahalakshmi, Special Grade Deputy

collector working as District women and child welfare and Empowerment officer,

was selected through A.P.P.S.C., Group-ll A Services (Direct Recruitment) and

appointed as Probationary Deputy Tahsild ar on 2i.02.1990 Subsequenfly, she has

been promoted to higher cadres and presently working in the cadre of special Grade

Deputy collector as District women and child welfare and Empowerment officer,

Anakapalli. She has completed 32 years 16 months and ^.,l6days as on 06 09.2022

(i.e date of filing of application for voluntary retirement). The chief commissioner of

Land Administration, A.P., has further stated that no disciplinary proceedings are

pending / contemplated against the above officer and also there are no outstandrng

dues to be recovered from the officer and requested the Government to accord

permission to smt N.seetha Mahalakshmi, special Grade Deputy collector workrng

as District women and child welfare and Empowerment officer, Anakapalli to retire

from Government service voluntarily.

2. Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permissron

to smt. N.seetha Mahalakshmi, Special Grade Deputy collector working as District

women and child welfare and Empowerment officer, Anakapalli to retire from

Government service voluntarily, with effect from 31 .122022 A N , on personal

grounds/private affairs under Rule 43 of Andhra pradesh Revised pension Rules,

1980, without prejudice to the prosecution/disciplinary proceed ings/enq u iries if any

pending against her.
