In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner of

Agriculture, A.P., Guntur in the reference 1^st read above and in pursuance

of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU-A&C, AHDD&F,

CS) Department in the G.O 2^nd read above, Government hereby accord

Administrative Sanction to the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P.,

Guntur for an amount of Rs.76,31,66,000/- (Rupees Seventy six crore thirty

one lakh sixty six thousand) from the BE provision 2022-23 in relaxation of

Registered No. HSE-49/2016

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

quarterly regulation towards implementation of the RKVY-RAFTAAR during

2022-23 as 1^st installment.

The Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur is requested to

transfer the amount to the SNA A/c viz 9145 PFMS SNA AGC RKVY AP 81,

as detailed in the BRO 2^nd read above.

3.

The Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur, shall take

further necessary action in the matter.
