SECTION 2 TO 15 OF AMENDMENT ACT 2022 (EXCEPT SECTION 13

OF THE AMENDMENT ACT).

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of

the APGST Amendment Act, 2022 (Act No. 14 of 2022), the Government of

Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the 1 ^st day of October, 2022, as the date

on which the provisions of Sections 2 to 15, except section 13, of the said Act shall

come into force.
