2. An Act to repeal the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services

(Disciplinary Proceedings Tribunal) Act, 1960 and to provide for

matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, ^published in

Andhra Pradesh Gazette, PART IV-B Extraordinary No.29,

Amaravati, daled 22.12.2022.

ORDER:

In the G.O. first read above, certain orders were issued in pursuance

of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Disciplinary Proceedings Tribunal)

(Repeal) Ordinance, 2022.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Act i.e. the Andhra pradesh

civil services (Disciprinary proceedings Tribunar) (Repeal) Act, 202i has

been published in the Andhra prldesh Gazette,' Aciording to the

aforementioned Act, the following provisions have been issued:_

"1. (1) This Act may be called the Andhra pradesh civit services

(Disciplinary proceedings Tribunat) (Repeal) Act, 2022.

(2) It shail be deemed to have come into force with effect from

the 16th day of August, 2022.

2. (1) The Andhra pradesh civit services (Disciprinary proceedings

Tribunal) Act, 1960 is hereby repealed.

Provided that such repear shatt not effect the previous operation

of the repealed Act.

(2) From the date on which this Act comes into force, the

Tribunar constituted under the repeared Act shail stanaiii'iisieo

and ail cases pending before the said rribunar on the iiiaixu

sha, stand transferred to the commissionerate oi inqiiiu,

3. (1) If any difficulty_arises in giving effect to the provisions of this

provided that no such order shail be made after the expiry of

two years from the date of commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order made under this Section shalt be laid, as soon

as may be after it is made, before each uouse ot tejii"i;:"

Tribunal) (Repeal) Ordinance, 2022 is hereby repealed.----"'r

Government after careful examination of the matter and in

pursuance of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Disciplinary Proceedings

Tribunal) (Repeal) Act, 2022, all the Special Chief Secretaries, Principal

Secretaries, Secretaries, Ex-Officio Secretaries of the Departments of

Secretariat, Andhra Pradesh Vigilance Commission, the Commissionerate

of Inquires and the Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau will take

necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
