In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner of

Agriculture, A.P., Guntur in the reference 1^st read above and in pursuance

of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU-A&C, AHDD&F,

CS) Department in the G.O 2^nd read above, Government hereby accord

Administrative Sanction to the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P.,

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

Guntur for an amount of Rs.6,88,82,000/- (Rupees Six crore eighty eight

lakh eighty two thousand only) from the BE provision 2022-23 in relaxation

of quarterly regulation towards clearing the pending payments under the

RKVY Scheme, as detailed in the BRO 2^nd read above.

The Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur, shall take

further necessary action in the matter.
