ORDER:

In the references read above, the ENC (I), Vijayawada/Chief Engineer (P),

Kurnool have requested the Government to accord permission to entrust the

additional work “Execution of further work in collapsed portion of fault zone beyond

5m” of Rs.52,22,50,667/- (with the revised GST@18%) at estimate rates to the

original Agency i.e., Max Infra (I), Limited, Hyderabad as per the provisions of note 6

(1) of para 154 of A.P.P.W.D. Code towards treatment of the Heading and benching

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

for a tentative length of 50M, for the treatment of adverse Geological occurrence

near KM 58.950 in the fault zone of Owk tunnel, as per Agreement conditions for the

reasons mentioned therein.

Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord

permission to entrust the additional work of "GNSS FFC- Balance work of GNSS

Package No.30: Execution of work in collapsed portion of fault zone” Owk tunnel of

around 50 mts for an amount of Rs.52,22,50,667/- at estimate rates as per the

agreement conditions to the existing Agency i.e., M/s. Max Infra (I), Limited,

Hyderabad, as per the provision under note 6 (3) of para 154 of A.P.P.W.D. Code.

The Engineer-in-Chief (I), Vijayawada/Chief Engineer (P), Kurnool are

therefore requested to take necessary action accordingly.

This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU.WR.II)

Department vide their U.O.No:FMUOMRAS(WR2)/89/2022 (1794381), dated:03-01-

2023.
