ABSTRACT

Water Resources Department – CHLIS-Package.IV - Detailed Design and

Construction of Additional Pump House-2a, Associated Civil, Hydro-Mechanical,

Electro-Mechanical, Pressure Main, Sub-Station, DC Transmission line works

including Preparation of LP schedules and other Accessories complete for Drawl and

Lifting of Water in Stage-II (+33.000 to +125.00 Contour) from Leading Channel to

Km 0.000 of Main Canal from Guddigudem(V) West Godavari District and

Construction of Pumphouse-3a and auxiliary works etc., in Stage-III (+115.000 to

+146.000) for Jalleru Reservoir and excavation of Main Canal from Km 68.000 to

Cross Regulator at Km 117.000 of 21 st Branch Canal of NSLBC including CM & CD

works and formation of link canals to Medium Reservoirs including Operation and

Maintenance of the system etc., complete of Chintalapudi Lift Irrigation Scheme for

Providing Irrigation facilities in W.G. Dt., and Krishna Districts – Transfer of Assets of

400/220 kV Substation at Guddigudem(V), Gopalapuram (M) including 400 kV LILO

line to APTRANSCO – Permission – Accorded –- Orders - Issued.

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Chief Engineer, Krishna Delta System,

Vijayawada in the reference read above, Government after careful examination of

the proposal, hereby accorded permission to Chief Engineer, Krishna Delta System,

Vijayawada for handing over the assets to APTRANSCO by way of 99 years lease

on a nominal rent of one rupee per year and to conclude lease agreement of assets

of 400kV/220kV/11kV substation at Guddigudem(V), Gopalapuram (M) including 400

kV LILO line completely with APTRANSCO, subject to the following terms &

conditions;

1)

The APTRANSCO shall arrange the manning crew and bear all other

Maintenance charges to keep the sub-station good working condition.

2)

The Water Resources Department shall pay a nominal rent of Rs.1/- per

annum by way of 99 years lease to the APTRANSCO.

3)

The Water Resources Department shall reserve the right to withdrawal from

such lease.

The Chief Engineer, Krishna Delta System, Vijayawada shall take necessary

action accordingly.
