ORDER:

ln the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,

A.P., in the references read above and consequent on the orders issued by the Finance

Department in the reference 3rd read above, Government, after careful examination of the

matter, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.17,14,0001- (Rupees

Seventeen lakhs and fourteen thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury

control and quarterly regulation orders pending ^provisionsof funds by obtaining

supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-2023, towards clearing

of minor works bills as ^perthe Hon'ble High Court orders in WP No.23614 of 2022.

The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P. Manglagiri and the District

Collectors Krishna District, shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter
