RECEIVER TO EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Soction 57 of tho

Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (Central Act V of 1920), read with the orders issued in

G.O.Ms.No.511, Home (Courts.C) Department Dated:12.09.1989, Government of

Andhra Pradesh, hereby, appoint Sri Dake Veera Raghavulu, as Part-time Official

Receiver to East Godavari District, for a period of two (2) years on probation, from the

date of taking charge, in terms of orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.511, Home (Courts.C)

Department, Dated: 12-09-1989 and to ratify the action of the District Judge, East Godavari,

in continuing tho services of Sri S. Subba Rao, as Part-Time Official Receiver, East Godavari,

beyond 11.10.2017, till new part-Time official receiver is appointed.
