ORDER:

Whereas in the 1^st read above, Sri A.V.S. Sai Ram, Senior Inspector/Liquidator,

O/o the Sub -Divisional Cooperative Officer, Guntur, who is working under the control of

the Divisional Cooperative Officer, Guntur was appointed as Liquidator U/s 65 (1) of the

APCS Act, 1964 to liquidate the affairs of the Postal Employees Cooperative

House Building Society Ltd., Guntur.

Whereas in the 2^nd read above, the liquidator has submitted proposals wherein he

stated that, he issued notice for the termination of the liquidation proceedings under

section 69 (A) of the APCS Act of 1964 after observing the procedure.

Therefore, in view of the above circumstances and in exercise of powers vested

in me under section 68 and 69 (A) of the APCS Act of 1964, I, the Deputy Registrar of

Cooperative Societies, Guntur do hereby order for the Final Closure of the Liquidation

proceedings and order for the cancellation of the Registration of the Postal Employees

Cooperative House Building Society Ltd., Guntur.

Accordingly the said society (i.e. the Postal Employees Cooperative House

Building Society Ltd., Guntur) ceases to exist as a Cooperative Body from today

onwards.
