ln the circumstances reported in the reference read above, Government after

careful examination, hereby order that the waiting period from 19.09.2019 to

16.03.2020, shall be treated as compulsory wait in respect of K.Srikanth, Deputy

Collector working as Deputy Director (lDG), APTA under FR I (6) (b) subject to

availability of a vacancy in the same scale of pay for charging the salary pertaining to

the waiting period and the remaining period shall be debited to the leave at the credit

of the employee (or) future leaves likely to accrue.
