ORDER:-

ln the reference 2nd read above, orders have been issued accepting the recommendations of the

Screening Committee and approved the names of Deputy Collector for notional promotion to the

category of Special Grade Deputy Collector for the respective year wise notional (Regular) panel years

from 1992-1993 to 2013-2014 (up to 01.06.2014), in which the name of Sri G.Krishna Kishore, Deputy

Collector has been approved in the panel year 2009-2010 with remarks of "Promotion should be deferred

until termination of the charges pending against him".

2. ln the reference 4th read above, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P., has informed

that the Government vide G.O.Rt.No.780 Revenue (Vigilance-l) Department dated 24.07.2019 have

dropped further action against Sri G.Krishna Kishore, Deputy Collector (Retired) and all other disciplinary

cases pending against the individual were concluded and as per Rule 6 of Andhra Pradesh State and

Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, as on qualifying dated i.e., 01.09.2009 no disciplinary cases are

pending against the individua,.

ln the reference 51h read above orders were issued that if the officer concerned is completely

exonerated he should be promoted to the post filled on a temporary basis restoring him his rightful place

in the list of promoted officer with retrospective effect.

Accordingly the following Notional promotion to the cadre of Special Grade Deputy Collector is

notified:-

N OTIFICATION

The Government, after careful examination, Sri G.Krishna Kishore, Deputy Collector

(Retired) is hereby notionally promoted to the cadre of Special Grade Deputy Collectors

(Category-l) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Executive Branch) Rules, 1992 in the panel year

2009-2010 with effect from 19.11.2009 in the Revised Scale of Pay of Rupees existing at that

time for the post of Special Grade Deputy Collector, by placing his name as at Sl.No.15 1Ay Oetow

sri P.Ramakrishna Murthy at Sl.No.15 and above smt s.sulochana at sl.No.16 of G d jd reaa

above.

The_above notional prom^olion to the cadre of Special Grade Deputy Collector is subject to the

outcome of oAsMPs/RPs/cAs/sLps etc., if any pending before Tribunal/'coirts etc.,.

The Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra pradesh,

Vijayawada shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter.
