ORDER--

ln the circumstances reported by Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,

A.P., in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination, ^hereby

order that the ^period of waiting for ^posting frcm 28.03.2022 lo ^19.04 2022 ^{(23 days)}

shall be treated as compulsory wait under F.R 9(6)(b) in respect of ^Sri

G.Narasimhulu, Deputy Collector, formerly working as OSD to the ^Principal

Secretary to Govt., Revenue (Lands),, ^presently working as Assistant Secretary, O/o

Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra ^Pradesh.

2. fhe Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh shall take

necessary action accordingly in the matter.

This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as ^per
