The Director of Employment and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada

(DET), vide letter 1^st read above, stated that the Employment and Training

Department had purchased tools, machinery, equipment for 24 Govt. I.T.Is.

under State Development Scheme in the FY 2018-‘19 for Rs.3155.86 lakh. An

amount of Rs.1418.36 lakh was already paid to the suppliers in previous

financial years and an amount of Rs.1737.50 lakh (3155.86-1418.36) is

outstanding payable to the suppliers.

In the reference 7^th read above, the DE&T has requested to issue BRO and

ASO for Rs.1100 lakh from B.E.2022-‘23 under HoA: 4250-00-203-11-76-520-

521 to clear the available pending bills.

The Finance Dept. have issued Budget Release Order, vide reference 8^th

read above, for Rs.15,19,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crore and Nineteen Lakh

only) from the BE provision 2022-‘23 in relaxation of quarterly regulation

towards meeting the expenditure of clearing the pending bills of suppliers who

have been supplied the equipment/tools, to the Govt. I.T.Is.

4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby, accord

administrative sanction for Rs.15,19,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crore and

Nineteen Lakh only) from the BE provision 2022-‘23 in relaxation of quarterly

regulation towards meeting the expenditure under the following scheme to clear

off the pending bills of the tools, machinery, equipment procured for the 24

Government Industrial Training Institutes listed in the reference 3^rd read above

under the following Head of Account:
