ORDER :

ln the circumstances reported by the Commissioner and Inspector General of

Registration and Stamps, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada in the reference read above and in

exercise of powers conferred under the Notaries Act 1952, Government hereby renew the

Notary Licence in respect of Sri M.Bala Gangadhara Tilak, Advocate, Visakhapatnam,

Visakhapatnam District with effect from 27.02.2022 (i.e. 5th Renewal) for a further period of

five years.

2. The original renewed Certificate of Practice is herewith sent to the individual

concerned through the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration and Stamps,

Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada.

3. The Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, Andhra

Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
