KADAPA(ERSTWHILE), NOW ANNAMAYYA DISTRICT, IN ADDITION TO

NOTIFICATION
“In exercise of the powers conferred under Section (2) of the Kazis Act, 1880
(Central Act XII of 1880), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the
Principal Muhammadan residents of local area, hereby extend the tenure of the tenure
of Sri Bitni nayab Abdul Wahid Ali Khan S/o Bitni Nayab Nazeer Ahmed Khan,
Rayachoti as Government Kazi for Chinnamandem, Sambepally, T.Sundupalli,
Reddyvaripalli, Betalla Colony, Reddis Colony, Adil Nagar, Bose Nagar, Mohaboob
Basha Street, Beeramsab Mohalla, NGO Colony, Guniguntal Road, Sibatulla Colony,
Kothapalliy and Patha Rayachoty of Rayachoty Mandal, YSR District Kadapa(erstwhile),
now Annamayya District, in addition to the existing Kazis for further period of three
(3) years w.e.f 07.11.2022 to 06.11.2025 for performing Marriages of Muslim
Community only”.
The Collector and District Magistrate, Annamayya District / the Chief Executive
Officer, A.P. State Waqf Board, Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly.
