ORDER:

The Director of Employment and Training, A.P., Vijayawada vide references

1^st, 3^rd, 5^th , 7^th, 8^th, 12^th, 13^th read above, stated that the supply orders were issued

for Rs.185,66,685/- for procurement of Tools, Machinery & Equipment through e-

procurement for the 5 Govt. RITIs, i.e., Govt. RITI, KR. Puram, Govt. RITI, Araku,

Govt. RITI, Bhadragiri, Govt. RITI, Chintapalli and Govt. ITI, Seethampeta under

Tribal Sub Plan in the F.Y. 2019-’20, that supply was made only for an amount of

Rs.1,51,62,869/-. Payment for Rs.25,00,000/- was made in the F.Y. 2020-21 and

that the bills for Rs.1,26,62,869/- are pending payment.

The Finance Dept. have issued Budget Release Order, vide reference 14^th

read above, for an amount of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only) under

HoA: 4250-00-796-11-76-520-521 from the BE provision 2022-‘23 in relaxation of

quarterly regulation towards meeting the expenditure to clear the outstanding bills

of procured Tools, Machinery & Equipment for the 5 Govt. RITIs for STs under

Scheduled Tribes Component (earlier TSP) in the FY 2019-‘20 through e-

procurement.

Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby, accord

administrative sanction to the Director of Employment and Training, A.P.,

Vijayawada for Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only) from the BE provision

2022-‘23 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards meeting the expenditure to

clear the outstanding bills of procured Tools, Machinery & Equipment for the 5 Govt.

RITIs for STs under Scheduled Tribes Component (earlier TSP) in the FY 2019-20

through e-procurement.
