Ac.7.87 Cts IN Sy.Nos. 69-2, 69-6, 69-7,71-2 AND 73-5 IN SETTIPALLI (V),

CHILAMATHUR (M), SRI SATHYA SAI DISTRICT UNDER SECTION 4(1)(c)

OF THE SAID ACT FOR UTILIZATION OF PUBLIC PURPOSE.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (c) of sub-section 1 of section 4

of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 as

subsequently amended, Government hereby notify the land to an extent of Ac.7.87 cts

in Sy.Nos. 69-2, 69-6, 69-7,71-2 and 73-5 in Settipalli (V), of Chilamathur (M),

Sri Sathya Sai District which was resumed under section 4(1) (a) of the said Act, shall be

utilized for public purpose.
