Notification for exemption of Chapter II and III

On the requisition filed by the Requisition Department in the Form A(1), in

accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation

and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its

application to the state of Andhra Pradesh the Government here by, in the public interest

exempt work “Modernization of Krishna Delta System - Modernization of Romperu Left

Arm from KM.4.00 to KM.9.656 and Epurupalem Straight Cut from the application of

provisions of the Chapter-ll and Chapter-III of the Act. It isalso certified that the all efforts

have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.
